Burrito Burrito

So this is the menu board... It's pretty simple, we just do burritos. The food is made fresh every day - fruit and veg, fresh meat and mexican produce are delivered to the van and the ingredients are prepared in the morning ready for lunch. If we dont sell out (we normanlly do around 2pm) then the leftovers go to local big issue sellers, housemates, other traders, friends of the van, ex girlfriends, or the crazy Russian guy - nothing is kept over for the next day so you know that everything you're eating has been made that morning! Good news.
